The World Trade Center Redevelopment Subcommittee will also meet in executive session to discuss matters involving ongoing negotiations or reviews of contracts or proposals. The Committee on Operations will also meet in executive session to discuss matters related to proposed, pending, or current litigation or judicial or administrative proceedings, and to act upon matters related to collective bargaining or negotiations.
The Board of Commissioners will meet in executive session prior to the public Board meeting to discuss matters related to the purchase, sale, or lease of real property, or securities where disclosure would affect the value thereof or the public interest, and to act upon matters related to proposed, pending, or current litigation or judicial or administrative proceedings.
